If you love chocolate and wine check out the 24th annual celebration of decadent chocolate desserts and gold-medal winning Cabernets. The event includes unlimited tastings of a multitude of chocolate desserts, and tastings of Gray Ghost’s internationally awarded red wines. The fun will also continue on Sunday, February 11 from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. in case you are not able to make the Saturday event. The event will be held regardless of the weather. Location: Downtown Culpeper

Fun for the entire family. There will be live music, free magic show for kids, face painting, performing artists, New Orleans inspired food, wagon rides, and crafts for kids. Location: Warrenton Presbyterian Church, Warrenton

In time for Valentine’s Day, this chocolate tasting event will enable you to enjoy various creations and desserts to eat in or take out. There will be also be a silent auction. Plus, you can learn about fondue techniques with Chef Mike Herbert with Northern Virginia Community College. All proceeds for this event will benefit The American Cancer Society. Sunday with the Library: Starting & Running a Small Farm from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Location: Fauquier County Library, Warrenton

The 2018 series with Starting and Running a Small Farm, presented by Stephen and Amanda Day of Starstead Farm, kicks off the Sunday with the Library events. From the beginning their goal has been profitable and responsible small-scale, fresh vegetable production. If you’re beginning, improve, or are curious about gardens, you will find the conversation interesting and useful. The primary focus of this discussion is on setting priorities for the early years, choosing growing methods, and producing crops.

Free Affordable Care Act (ACA) Assistance from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Location: 11 Winchester Street, Warrenton

Do you need more information on the ACA (Affordable Care Act) insurance and how it affects you and your family? Or, if you need to enroll in ACA, there will be a  trained and certified In-Person Assister available. This individual will provide free assistance and be able to answer questions about premiums, deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses and available plan options. Teen Advisory Group (TAG) from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Location: Fauquier County Library, Bealeton

Join the Bealeton Library TAG team; members must be in 6th grade or higher; being a TAG member is a cool way to get involved at the library, make new friends, plan events and have fun; most schools accept TAG activities as service hours; pick up a membership form or pick one up at your library and return completed form to your library or ask your librarian about getting involved.
