Join special guest and orchid expert Carol Allen as she guides the audience through successful orchid growing and blooming for the windowsill gardener. Learn where and how the Phalaenopsis (moth orchid) was grown and how that influences windowsill culture. Carol will cover the cultural basics to ensure grower success. It is as easy as light, water, and repotting!

Join the learning fun at this PWCS Annual Community Event. Don’t miss out on the fun & interactive activities.

This family-friendly event is free and open to the public. Concessions are available via food trucks and some stands indoors. Families can pack a lunch to enjoy during the event. Allow 2-3 hours to park and enjoy all there is to see. It is recommended to arrive early, as many demonstrations take place in the morning or at the beginning of the event.
