Legacy is a loving two year old with lots of personality. She enjoys eating, reading, church, and going to the playground. Legacy also enjoys learning; she knows all her ABCs and how to count all the way to 20! Her latest learning fix Is learning about Dinosaurs. Legacy lives in Warrenton with her mother and father and older brother. She has three older siblings, who are all adults, but she thinks she’s the boss around the house.

Gainesville’s first place winner is 5-month-old Emerson Harris, a sweet, small cherub with the biggest smile. Said her mom, Vi Le, “Emmy is an energetic, smiley and belly-laughing 5-month-old who is always looking for her next meal, ceiling fan watching opportunity, and the newest episode of CoComelon. She loves being outdoors for daytime walks in the sunshine with mom, but also isn’t afraid to be lazy all day while watching golf and ice hockey with dad. Emmy is a bundle of joy who never ceases to put a smile on the face of everyone around her!”

Haymarket’s first place winner is the adorable Chizaram Ekoh, a sweet, special young lady who loves making people smile.
Said her mom, Elizabeth Ekoh, “Chizaram, or Zara as we fondly call her, loves to read and sing, loves ballet, loves to swim, loves unicorns, loves playing with her baby sister and she loves her family and God. Zara will always smile when she sees that everyone around her is good and happy. For example, when her baby sister feels sad, Zara always looks for a way to make her smile. She smiles too when the tooth fairy comes visiting and she's always smiling when she talks to family members over the phone, especially her grandma.
