Saturday morning, Mayor Powell Duggan and his pug opened the new Warrenton Dog Park at the end of South Fifth Street in Old Town Warrenton. The one-third acre park was constructed by Blue and Gray Contracting of Warrenton, and will be maintained by the town parks and recreation department. Thanks go to the developer of Alwington Farm for the generous donation of $30,000 for the dog park.
