
Chicken Kabobs on Rosemary Skewers

Ingredients:
Thick-branched sprigs of fresh rosemary
Chicken breasts or thighs
Red onion, green pepper, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, etc.
Ready-made Italian salad dressing
Directions:
- Trim the leaves off the rosemary sprigs, leaving only those at the top for decorative and aromatic purposes.
- Cut chicken into cubes and combine in a bowl with the vegetables suggested here or those of your choosing.
- Marinade for at least an hour in a ready-made Italian salad dressing or one you prefer, then skewer your ingredients on the rosemary sprig and grill. Makes a great appetizer, too!
Rosemary Greyhounds

Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
5 oz rosemary simple syrup
4 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
rosemary sprigs
club soda (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix vodka, rosemary simple syrup, and grapefruit juice.
2. Pour over ice, add a sprig of rosemary for garnish, and serve.
3. Add a splash of club soda for some fizz!
